Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones (DUTCH) is a simple at home test that looks at your hormones and how your body processes and metabolizes them. Hormones are your body's messengers and if they aren't communicating efficiently, you’re probably experiencing some (if not all) of the following symptoms: Fatigue, insomnia, depression, anxiety, low libido, and irregular menstrual cycles. The easiest way to understand what’s up (or down) with your hormones, is by testing them. The DUTCH test looks at your reproductive hormones, stress hormones, androgens (male pattern hormones) and melatonin as well as organic acids – markers for mood and nutritional balance in the body. This is a 3 month program, includes functional lab testing, a customized protocol (lifestyle, dietary and supplement recommendations), support and guidance.
