INGREDIENTS • 1 lemon wedge • 3 small pieces of freshly cut ginger • 1/2 a tsp of Manuka honey
• 1/2 a piece of thinly minced turmeric or 1/2 a Tsp of turmeric powder • 1 tbs of Oatstraw
INSTRUCTIONS • Place all the ingredients in a pot and fill with boiling water. • Give it a stir and enjoy warm!
